Went into this shop to try on a t-shirt and briefly took off my sunglasses, I left the store but about 5 minutes later realised I had forgotten my sunglasses and went back inside. I asked the two women working if they had seen them and was met with SUCH a rude and cold response, they told me that no one had come in there after us and that the sunglasses were not here. We asked the other stores (just in case, but we are sure we left them in this shop) and they were lovely and kind in helping me look for them. The other souvenir shop and clothing store were great. It doesn’t take much to be kind!

Went into shop for souvenirs from our trip and upon going to check out we didn't notice any clear lines. (no directionals anywhere on where line starts) I thought I got in line behind the register to the right and the lady rudely told me another customer was next and that's not the line. I suggested if you had directionals (even floor ones like we used for covid) then there wouldn't be confusion. She told me no room for anything like that in a small shop. She was rude not polite could have politely pointed to me to the line instead of being rude and trying to embarrass people. I would shop elsewhere where they are friendly and courteous.

0 stars should be the option here. Insulting staff, they put non kid friendly (but appealing to children) souvenirs at eye level and tell them don't pick that up. Then my daughter made a suggestion to my partner about 'this would be a good souvenir to remember the holiday' The troll working there says "haha is your daughter 50 yrs old, what's wrong with kids". Avoid at all costs

The reviews are accurate. The service is UNBELIEVABLE. Horrendous and incredibly RUDE. My friend and I walked in..big smiles..big good morning and the tall sales associate did not even say hello. Looked at us and kept her conversation going w the other sales associates. While we were trying to figure out tshirt sizes and options, she snapped at us and said "what size...what you see is what's there". Again we smiled and tried to be polite but OMG I was stunned. Never ever have I come across rude people in Barbados. Bajans are notorious for their KINDNESS. This woman (the other two weren't friendly either but not as sparky.. rude and snappy as the main one) was outright rude.
My friend told another customer that she wanted to move to Barbados and the sales associate rolled her eyes and commented to her friends. I told my friend as much as I needed souvenirs..I refuse to give these women my business. Small amount as it may be...im still in shock at how rude she was. Believe the reviews!!!

Great place for last minute souvenirs.
Some items are subject to duty free, however I was unable to find any of the aforementioned items.
The problem with duty free is that you cannot take them with you, they have to be shipped to the airport and collected there.
From what I could tell, nothing this shop qualifies as duty free.
