I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this insurance company. As a first time customer, the communication was poor, and I found it difficult to get clear answers to my questions. When I needed assistance, there were long delays in responding, and I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving any updates.
The level of customer service I received did not meet my expectations and as a paying customer, I expected professionalism, honesty, and timely communication. Instead, I experienced unnecessary stress, delays, and poor service. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to its communication, and overall customer service so that others do not have a similar experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this insurance company unless they make meaningful changes to the way they treat and support their customers.
