Great atmosphere, friendly service, and the perfect spot to unwind and take in the BVI vibes. A must-stop when visiting the islands! Great generous rum pours for painkillers.

We really enjoyed our time at Gertrude's! They had one of the best Conch Fritters we've ordered and the Fried Seafood basket was awesome! People in our party also had Fish and Chips, Onion Rings, and Lobster Alfredo. All thought the food was excellent and reasonably priced compared to other locations nearby.

Go to Hendo's Hideout for the boujee Instagrammable (is that a word?) setting or to Soggy's because it is on your bucket list, but then head down the beach to family-owned Gertrude's for the authentic Caribbean vibes and authentic West Indies grub.

Marus was so great! He made the best “Pain Killahs” my sisters and I have had! Quieter area on White Bay. Gorgeous water and sky! The little shop next door was good too. Decent prices with good merchandise. The conch fritters and lobster pita pocket were delish!
