When visiting Grenada the first place I go to is Gittens Health store to purchase all my medication and toiletries. It has a good variety of products in their store, even more than ours in the UK. I'm so happy that they have such a well stocked pharmacy with everything you need and more on this on the island. Well done !!!

I’m an SGU student with Cigna insurance (SGU insurance) and employees at Gitten’s informed me that I need to pay for prescriptions. I told them it must be a mistake and to check that the claim was submitted correctly. Suddenly they threatened me with “further action” and were extremely rude asking me, “Are you saying we do not know how to do our job?”
Immediately I pulled up the PAID claim from Cigna which showed that it was in fact paid and I owed them nothing.
Be careful with these scammers

Updated review as the pharmacist did follow through and send the information, the number I left I don't have access to the what's app so I didn't know of a message until today. I'm happy to make the correction from negative to positive experience as you can see they strive for excellent customer service

Easy to fill prescriptions, and never a long wait. Perfect for SGU students too, as they work with our student insurance.

Love it. A wide selection of items of very good quality. I enjoy going there and have never purchased anything that I regretted. The pharmacy usually has a wide range of medicines and the staff has been helpful. Prices are reasonable.
