Grow It! is a health food company which specializes in producing fresh sprouts, Microgreens, and healthy products.  We love that we can bring a range of healthy options to the people of Barbados.  We have been in business since 2016.  

Sprouts are highly nutritious and are the younger version of the mature plants.  Some benefits of sprouts include:  promotes digestion, boosts blood circulation, builds your immune system and many more. Sprouts and Microgreens are a living food and have more enzymes than raw fruits and vegetables.  Did you know eating 1oz of broccoli sprouts is equivalent in nutrition to eating 2lbs of mature broccoli! These are definitely superfoods that you want to incorporate in your diet.

Do you have a green thumb?  We also sell a range of seeds to encourage everybody to grow their own produce!

All our produce is grown fresh. If we do not have your fresh sprouts in stock, it will take 10 days for your order to be available. Thank you for your patience!
