H&S Car Rentals and Shakir were wonderful to deal with. Shakir was very responsive and clear with all communication. The price we paid was half of what any other car rental company on the island quoted us and the process was simple and smooth. Communication is done over whatsapp, and we only needed to provide the driver's license of the driver and our flight details a few days prior. Shakir's team met us at the airport with a sign with our name on it and walked us to the car. All instructions were clearly outlined and simple to follow. We had a perfect little Suzuki Swift - which is what most people drive on the island. The car ran smooth and was spotless. We were even sent a courtesy list of all the things to do on the island. I recommend H&S to anyone looking for good service combined with affordable pricing and quality vehicles.

We enjoyed the car rental very much. Super Service, we we're picked up at the airport by the friendliest guy and got an old but reliable Suzuki Swift, immaculately clean and well kept. We used it for six days without Problems although the roads on Barbados are quite a challenge for car and driver. We returned the car at the Cruise Terminal in Bridgetown and they picked up the car and before leaving we were even brought into the Terminal, so we didnt have to carry our luggage. Highly recommended and the best choice if you need a reliable and affordable car on Barbados with perfect customer Service. No need to Turn to the expensive Classic Brands Like Avis. We will hopefully rent for another day when we return from our Cruise. So we can pick up at the Cruise Terminal and give Back next day at the airport.

Easy and efficient rental in Barbados. Had a Jimney for 2 weeks which allowed us to see the whole island. No issues with the car or the rental process. Everything was straight forward from collection at the airport to drop off. Very nice guys to deal with & highly recommended!

We had a great experience with this car rental company in Barbados. From the start, they were incredibly responsive with excellent communication, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Drop-off and collection were very easy and convenient — they delivered the car directly to our resort and arranged a seamless return at the airport, which was a huge plus.
Although the wrong car was delivered initially, they handled the situation professionally and quickly corrected it, delivering the correct vehicle within 24 hours. We really appreciated how efficiently they resolved the issue.
Overall, a reliable and customer-focused service that we are looking to rebook for next year.

H&S made the process of hiring a car so easy and straightforward. The car (a Susuki Swift) was delivered to us at one address and collected a week later at another address we had moved on to. We were able to pay when the car was delivered. The guys communicated well using email or WhatsApp. There was no trying to upsell extra insurance like normally happens in Europe. We would definitely use H&S Car Rental again.
