Nice bar if you come try out the ham cutters, other food on sale also. If you a pepper person ask for the extra hot pepper.

The scooter we rented got a flat tire near here today. The people at Hammie's saw us pushing the scooter and were concerned. They helped us phone the place that rented us the scooter. They invited us in for drinks and lunch and made us feel right at home. The chicken with rice and peas was delicious and reasonably priced. But the most important thing was how friendly and hospitable the people were. We really enjoyed being there even though the reason for it was a flat tire.

This is what I'll call a bajan kitchen, if you're into native tastes, sit down at hammies with a plate of fried chicken, fish or macaroni pie and then straight pull a beer or two. There's a big screen up there too! Great to hangout and have lunch..
