Had the beach to ourselves for most of the day. So picturesque! 😍 definitely worth the crazy bumpy ride. In the evening locals come to fish.

Clear beautiful blue water. Well worth the walk but definitely grateful to have gotten a ride back.

Hansons Bay Beach in Located in the Hansons Bay Area of the Five Islands Harbour on the Western side of the island. This Beach has a charm all to its own. The location in a harbor makes it calm and I dare say secluded. This beach is by no means close to the roadside and is accessed by passing through farms and swamps (prepare to encounter lots of livestock and scenery). In the wetter months the undeveloped road can be impassable for some vehicles. The beach is quite accessibly by sea all year round and is a great family picnic spot with much less crowds on the weekends and holidays that most other beaches on the Island. The views and scenery is spectacular and getting there is quite fun and rewarding. I totally enjoyed this picturesque and peaceful spot and so will you.

We love this beach, so pristine and quiet, need a 4x4 to reach it though.
