I went there for my annual eye exam this morning to renew my contacts description. Fantastic service by the ladies at the front desk. Forgot to mention my insurance provider before paying and they were able to refund me the payment, include the insurance provider discount and I ended up paying way less than initially.
Excellent service!

I went there for my annual eye exam this morning. And to buy a new set of my workstation glasses. Optimized for viewing clearly at exactly 60 centimeters (cm).
I arrived slightly early, but after giving my GoB ID and my Sagicor card, I was immediately asked to enter an early examination room.
This process was quick, and very professionally carried out.
Shortly later I was invited into an examination room by an eye Dr.
After the eye exam, the Dr. provided me with information I didn't currently have. Very helpful.
I again explained my ask. Best possible vision at 60 cm distance.
While this is an unusual ask, it was done.
Thanks Harcourt. I know what I am asking for.
And I appreciate your very professional staff.

"I have a screw loose" so I said. They laffed and I said I meant my glasses. Seriously though, they did a quick fix, cleanup and adjustment for next to no charge. A welcome find here, professionalism and I didn't feel like I was interrupting a private joke which seems to happen here far too often when it comes to customer service.
