A hard one to rate. We stayed in a luxury suite which had a great view over the marina. Very close to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Nice to have the pub on site too. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet pool area ( freezing pool though!). It is outdated though and definitely in need of an upgrade. The patio door was very hard to open and lock, not sure why a bidet is still there but I’d didn’t work anyway. Lovely space and cleaned well. Just needs renewing.

The property was excellent-better than expected for the price. It was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large balcony overlooking the pool.
The outdoor area was great, very peaceful, and I was impressed. My boyfriend loved the hot tub and we both used it every day. Waking up in UK time, it was lovely to relax in the garden.
The location was perfect, very close to the beach

Would not recommend. No where near a beach. The people working there were very rude. Ordered a taxi to take us to a fishing excursion and they didn’t do it and then told us they didn’t know what we were talking about. Water pressure was nonexistent, and the tv was about 24 inches hanging on the wall. The area it is in is very shady, we were afraid to walk anywhere for fear of being mugged. If you must go to St Lucia pick a sandals or somewhere with amenities, this is not it . The area had trash littered everywhere. Big waste of money.

Disappointed.
My wife and I recently returned home from a one week stay at Harmony Marina Suites. We had booked this hotel as part of a vacation package. The day after we booked we realized that the Classic suite did not come with a kitchenette. We had been of the impression that all the suites had a kitchenette. I had read more than one review of the hotel where people mentioned they had been given a free upgrade. So I emailed Harmony Suites and asked them if they would be able to upgrade our accommodations to an apartment with a kitchenette and what would that cost us. This was a couple of months before we were to arrive. I did not receive a response so sent another email a couple of weeks later. Still no response. When we arrived and checked in I asked if the apartment we were getting had a kitchenette. I was told it did. It was a nice enough apartment and we enjoyed it. The kitchenette was a bare minimum with a microwave, hot plate, small sink, all required utensils, and a full size refrigerator. The grounds were very nice and so were the staff. In particular Sonya in housekeeping was very helpful. So all in all we enjoyed our stay. Until we checked out. After checking out at the front desk we were waiting at the exit for our ride to the airport when a staff member approached and asked me if I had requested and upgrade. I told him I had sent a couple of emails about it but had not received a response. He advised me that they had given me an upgrade and I had to pay them more money. To the tune of US $400.00, which was CDN $550.00. Since this had not been mentioned earlier we assumed we had been given a complimentary upgrade. This instantly burst what had been a relatively positive experience and turned it into a very negative experience. No, Thank you for choosing Harmony, we hope to see you again soon. Just, we want more money before you leave. If we had to pay more for an upgraded suite, fair enough, but we should have received a reply to one of our two emails clearly explaining this and what the extra cost would be. At the very least we should have been told at check-in that an upgrade was available and this is what it will cost. That way we could have at least made an informed decision whether we wanted to pay the extra. When neither of these happened we assumed we had been provided a complimentary upgrade. Asking for more money literally as we were about to load our bags into the van for the airport did not leave us with a great impression. Yes they got more money, but at the cost of future revenue from us.

Harmony Marina Suites was a great option during our time in Rodney Bay. The hotel was very quiet while we were there, which made it feel like a hidden gem — we had the pool and marina seating area practically to ourselves, which was such a peaceful bonus.
The property is well kept, and the staff were all very kind, polite, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The room itself was a bit on the older side, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the separate living room area — it gave us extra space to relax — and the front porch of our villa was the perfect spot to unwind. We spent a lot of time sitting out there.
The location is also ideal. The beach is just a short walk away and absolutely beautiful. The hotel provides two beach chairs and umbrellas that attach to the chairs. That was great so we didn’t have to pay vendors to rent their chairs and umbrellas. We had a rental car, which made it really easy to get around the Rodney Bay area and explore nearby restaurants and attractions.
Overall, this was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a quiet, convenient, and affordable stay in Rodney Bay, this is a solid choice.
