Lovely store with nice changing rooms and lots of choice. I had to exchange a dress for a different size and the shop assistants were very friendly and helpful. I will shop here again!!

The general atmosphere was unfriendly. The attendant assisted me well. She was the only professional person there. The cashier was extremely unprofessional. She made change and gave me back a bad $1 coin. I told her that I needed a different dollar coin because I gave her $420. Which was good money straight from the bank. She did apologise and exchanged the dollar. However when I was checking my e-mail later in the evening, I saw a message saying that one Esther McClean shopped with the store...that is not my name. I love shopping at Harmony, however I will be shopping at the Bridgetown store and not at Sheraton again, even though it was my first time visiting the store. Please train your staff at Sheraton to be professional especially the cashier.
