First let me say thanks for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the foundation. The staff and nurse's especially Ms.Alleyne are all very nice, they are always ready to give a helping hand.
I love the way the members interacts with each other including me. My instructor set out a good program for me I am willing to continue until my health has improved.
Thank God for the person (s) who came up with such a great idea to help the helpless like me. I wish the foundation every success in it's future endeavours.

It was my first experience at this place,was quiet comfortable, peaceful and as all the safety measurements in place for each and every one protection. Even as a huge Gym for special needs persons and senior citizens.

Charity which assists people who suffer from strokes and heart problems. Diligent staff and lots of hard working volunteers. They also run lots of educational programs involving schools, workplaces and the general community. There is also a pretty decent gym in the building for those who are suffering with the above mentioned ailments.
