Best "business hotel" in St. Vincent by far. I have been going on business to St. Vincent 3/year for the last 30 years. First time I stayed at this property and I would not go back to any of the other hotels again. It is a breath of fresh air much needed in the hotel industry in St. Vincent. The property and the rooms are clean and well maintained (new hotel so that helps). The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Only problem with the room: the light in the bathroom is controlled by a motion detector. All the lights in the bathroom go on at once! There is no way to turn them off and they are really really bright so be prepared to be blinded at night if you need to use the bathroom. It turns off by itself after 15 minutes! Clearly, the person who thought about this does use the bathroom at night! It is located 10-15 minutes away from the airport. About the same distance to restaurants and bars where the locals hang out. 20-30 minutes from Kingstown. You definitely need a car. There is one restaurant right next to the hotel but I did not get to try it as it looked always empty. Regardless, I would not stay anywhere else from now on!

Rachel, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we had comfortable rooms and attentive service. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff truly enhances the experience. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which featured delightful island specialties. Additionally, there is a new restaurant just a minute's walk away that also provided excellent meals twice a day. The hotel's location is conveniently less than 15 minutes from the airport, making it easy for us to navigate. Thank you once again, Rachel, for your outstanding hospitality. Fantastic experience, we booked into the SVG Diamond Holiday Inn Express for a overnight stay before flying via Argle International Airport. Booking the room online was simple, paid for the room when making online booking, there was an additional tax fee of $9 EC, that had to be paid when checking in. Staff was exceptionally professional, Kay-Ann on Reception and the young man that took our suitcases to our room, was so welcoming and very professional, as well as all the staff. We had to check out at 5am for an early flight, the lovely Kay-Ann, arranged for the kitchen to prepare breakfast for us, even though we were leaving before the kitchen opened. Must say, the breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel for long and short term stays, the room was big and exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable nice ftesh linen with easy access WiFi, Gym and pool. Thank you to Kay-Ann and all the fabulous staff at the SVG Diamond Holiday Inn Express 😀

My husband and I wrapped up our two-week vacation in St. Vincent by spending our last three nights at the Holiday Inn & Suites—and it was truly the best decision we could have made. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping deserves a huge round of applause for keeping everything so pristine. One of the highlights of our stay was the full breakfast in the morning—it was top-notch. The staff in the breakfast area were so warm, friendly, and attentive, which made our mornings even better. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She helped secure a late check-out and arranged our airport transfer on the day of departure, which we truly appreciated. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. I don’t mean to sound biased, but I’m incredibly proud of my country and what this hotel represents for St. Vincent. The customer service here is second to none, and the staff are doing an exceptional job. Whether you’re planning to spend your entire trip here or just a few nights, book it—you won’t regret it. We highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites St. Vincent and would absolutely stay again. Bravo to the entire team. Keep up the amazing work!
