Certainly the best lobster we've ever eaten in Dominica. Jennifer and Cartouche welcome you in their little restaurant with a superb view on Portsmouth bay in a very friendly rasta ambiance. We entousiastically recommend.👍

A nondescript shack on the side of the road, with only two tables inside, this café served great seafood with a view overlooking the bay. Try to call ahead.
