From the time you enter the salon the energy is sooo uplifting, welcoming and positive. This energy is from both the professional warm and talented staff and surprisingly the clients. The decor is on pointttt. I look forward to every appointment I have at Image by Shanae. When my service is completed I feel awesome and never disappointed regardless of the style I go for. If you haven't visited Image by Shanae, sweet girl you're not living your best life.

I visited Image by Shanae and just as I entered the door I was saluted by a warm welcome from the staff. My entire visit was an amazing experience, from the clean environment to the friendly staff and great service. I left feeling fabulous and will definitely be back again ! Thank you ! 10/10 would recommend.

Where shall I start ?? Super clean super professional , very polite amazing place . She made my whole trip worth while. She was super informative knew exactly what I wanted . I will deffo shout her name in the streets . From start to finish they were super . I will definitely be back . The way she managed to fit me in last minute thank you also I’ll never forget that . Your a GEM . Thank you for the awesome experience

Best Salon experience of my life. Staff was extremely helpful with helping me locate them (I'm bad at location), stayed on the phone with me till I got there. My hair started almost immediately after I arrived. They were no long pauses between my services. The salon is very neat and tidy, clean and classy! Was my first time but everyone made me feel so comfortable. Cannot wait until my next appointment. Shanae already has a plan for my healthy hair journey! The passion and care for her clients hair was so evident!

The service at Image by Sha-nae is amazing and they care about your overall hair journey in and out the salon. I am new to the family but I love it here.
