I’ve been visiting Barbados for nine years, and iMart has been my favorite store since day one. It’s clean, stocks familiar brands, carries items I like, and is open late—which is a big plus. While customer service never especially stood out before, it was always better than most on the island.
This week, I realized I’d likely left my sweater at the store. I called, not expecting much, but they had found it and were holding it for me. That simple act really impressed me—now I can say they stand out not just in products, but in service too. Still my favorite store in Barbados!

This Imart has a large variety of items and trusted brands at reasonable prices. The workers are also very friendly and helpfull. I would 100% recommend.

The service is terrible, I asked for help from a consultant because I needed something for sunburn, in response I only heard where the section with medicines was and instructions to look for everything I needed myself!
