My 6 month old laptop suddenly stopped working. I took into Ishop Sheraton to be repaired. I met the technician Melissa Murray, she clearly explained the process for the repairs and took my laptop. Got a call a few hours later stating the problems and the repair would be completed in 5-7 business days. I was traveling in 7 business days. I called Melissa almost everyday for an update, never did she sound aggravated, she was always kind and helpful. On day 6 around 3pm I called and the parts had just arrived. Although she had to work overtime to get my laptop ready, she completed the repairs and I received my repaired laptop the night before I traveled. She is Awesome! Thank You Melissa!!!!!

Apple website says they close at 6:00PM. Service department was already closed at 4:57PM and the technicians had already left for the day.

The iShop located in Sheraton Mall is one of the few places on island with genuine Apple Products and a fair stock of Apple products. The all-male staff there are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and always willing to give appropriate advice on device selection. My last encounter was with Akeem, who seem to be one of the newer staff members and is getting the grasp of things there. His advice was helpful in choosing my next device. The store is always clean and the staff always take note of customers in the store, you never feel like you're browsing alone or un noticed.

Had an upgrade done on my iMac. There was a bit of a delay in the parts arriving on island and that was expected. After about three weeks, I was in the Sheraton area so I decided to enquire with the Service Manager regarding the parts arrival, and she was impolite and had poor manners. Typical behaviour in Barbados. However, once the parts arrived, I took my iMac in and the service was done quickly and professionally. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, iShop Barbados are good at what they do, but the management team really need to ask the Service Manager to be courteous to paying customers.
