Amazing service and delicious cake! We ordered a two-tier wedding cake and Gabriella went above and beyond! She was super communicative and brought our sweet, simple vision to life and even added real flowers! The flavors were incredible and the wedding guests raved about it.

Great experience! I found this bakery online, as I was traveling to Barbados to celebrate my birthday, so I was not familiar with the area. The owner was very professional. She provided the options and agreed to deliver the cupcakes to our resort. When they arrived, I was blown away. They were absolutely gorgeous and delicious! Highly recommend working with this business!

The red velvet cheesecake brownie from this bakery is hands down the best I have ever had. If you’ve ever had the red velvet cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory — it is similarly composed but even better and less likely to leave you wishing you hadn’t eaten it.
I am sure the other treats are just as excellent. Prices are very reasonable also!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating even though I placed a late order and the weather was trying to interfere (if you know..you know...lol).
Overall I am very satisfied with the creativity and how moist the cake is as well as how quickly the custom order cake was made.
I would definitely recommend Island Gem Bakery to any cake lover!!!!

It was must daughter’s first birthday and IslandGem Bakery made the experience that much better. I had a specific theme for the cake I ordered, Gabriella from Island Gem worked with me and delivered a beautiful cake which was beyond what I had imagined. And moreover, the cake tasted absolutely great. Thanks #IslandGemBakery
