In a word .... Delicious !!!!
Fresh, tasty, great value for quality ingredients. The owners prepare the food which shows in the exceptional quality & service. I had the Beet Salad & Banana Smoothie ...even saved some of the salad and made a stir fry that evening. If you're thinking of going for fast food...don't ...spoil yourself...Go to ISLAND LIFE....your taste buds & body will thank you. Needless to say I've found my once a day to get my 5 a day (just like the doctor ordered !!!) and the bonus is it feels like I'm treating myself :))

Had a veggie wrap, a shrimp wrap with a tea and a lemon ginger tea. Very fresh and filling for lunch

Had the flying fish with the house salad. Absolutely delicious! Very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend if you're ever in Barbados.
