The hot chocolate was good. The customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t come here again.

Ordered a decaf americano as the chai here is a sugar powder and no matcha. The coffee was pretty smooth. I asked for a splash of almond milk and it could taste vanilla so be careful if getting a plant based milk that's is not there sweet or over powering. The staff was super friendly and kind.

Never again. Save your money for inside the departure lounge. Unfriendly staff, saltfish patty was dry and tasteless. The chocolate cake was heated up.

This branch of Italia Coffee makes a good stop if, like me, you arrive way too early for your flight. Prices & menu are the same as the other branches of this chain. Unlike those, however, service is prompt with no queues. Great coffee.

Stopped in for a coffee while waiting before going through security for a 7am flight, the only place open early in the morning for something to eat on the outside, so I appreciated that...however the service could be friendlier and their prices is quite steep for not being inside the departure lounge.
