We booked through Expedia vrbo the room had mold on several spots, we opened the door to a bucket getting water from the ceiling with mold, the sofas turned so they dry, they were water stained nasty. The bedroom had so much mold that you couldn’t breathe after a while management nowhere to be found, nobody answered the phone not even customer service from Expedia was able to communicate, finally at midnight Alfonzo answered and said he will take care of it and they went and painted the mold and expect it for us to stay there 7 more days. We left and booked somewhere else. Finally Expidia customer service guy Salvador Castillo after like 3 managers and 3 other customer service people, finally this worst nightmare of vacation was resolved. Thanks Salvador for your help.

Absolutely horrible customer service, was calling them for a week about late check in via email, messages and what's app. First night I got their no running water and didn't come back till 9 am the next day not even a sorry message. Actual rooms are not cleaned in detail. I would highly say away you can get your money's worth anywhere else.

The air conditioning don’t work properly make some noises drop stuff to the bed the shower . the faucet for the shower don’t work properly need to manage to fine hot water the first night the electricity went off only in our room that the weird thing everyone has electricity except us no one to be found in that hour. One night without electricity .. and if you flight arrives early you has to wait to get the room around 3 pm so therefore you have to wait but in your check out you need to leave at 11 ..went I was there a family was waiting with luggage since early morning to get the room at 3 ..I don’t think you get a break even if you want to paid to get the room sooner.. and for a room upstairs the steps to go upstairs is too incline a wrong steps you can fail cleanliness is not 100 percent oh and no TV in the room is was one on the closet put away ..Picture for this location don’t apply with reality what you see is nor want you get ..not close to the picture shown

They rent me a room that the shower doesn’t work good. The front door doesn’t lock from outside. The power go off when I turn the hot water on. The shower was dirty. You can’t use the microwave or coffee machine because there is not place to connect it to the power. You can’t see the microwave pictures off this apartment online. Also they tell me I can park inside and the driveway was blocked almost all the time.

Giant Cockroaches, bugs and lizards in the room. Not being truthful about the number of beds in the room. Showing two beds in a room but giving one small bed with 1 bedding for a family of 3, the toilet not working. No hot water in the shower. Charging for cleaning during booking but when ask for services asking for extra $ 30 per day after. Charging extra for cleaning towels. Will not recommend this place.
