Wonderful friendly service will make you feel welcomed. But the food!! OMG, I have to admit my expectations were not high. The menu is mostly fusion. The chicken with mushroom sauce caught my attention as we have been eating seafood every day for four days.
This was AMAZING. The chicken breast is trimmed to perfection, marinated with fresh herbs for 24 hours and then grilled to sear and baked to finish cooking it without being dry.
Then the mushroom sauce cooked with a red wine reduction and butter, and lots of lots of care.
Delicious! It was so good that I stood up and went to talk to the chef to congratulate him. It was late and there wasn’t a lot of people, so I had the chance to meet these two young chefs from India.
Rajat and Nikhil used to work on cruises and other fine dining establishments in big hotels. They make an impressive team.
Please come and try that mushroom chicken.
I asked for extra sauce because I could eat it with a spoon. Thank you guys for surprising us with such comforting meal. Our sunburned backs felt the love.
Didn’t think of taking photos because a review didn’t occur to me until I met them.

Very good food for very high American hotel prices. Service is a bit on the slow side but very friendly and relaxed. This is the breakfast restaurant for Hilton Gold and Diamond members. Continental is included. They also serve lunch and dinner menu here which I did not partake in.

Excellent restaurant, kind staff. We loved the muffins that were freshly baked with just the right amount of sugar and fruit flavors.
