I stayed here early March on a solo trip, it is now July and I still wanted to make sure I came back to write this review ! I was skeptical at first arrival, but once inside I was very surprised on how well this place is managed! From the time I spoke with the owner to the time I got to my room, it felt so personal and like home. I felt very safe being that I was traveling solo. He was very friendly and accommodating. Anything I needed he wasted no time to make sure I had it. The rooms were VERY VERY clean and very affordable. The only thing I would say was that the location was a little far from everything with traffic but it’s still a great location if you want to get away from the touristy areas ! With the price and the cleanliness. I will be coming back everytime I come to SXM!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is great. There is a communal kitchen and louge are with a balcony off of it. 3 flights of stairs to get up to the apartments. We found that the shower water took a long time to get warm. It is not close to shops and the b but the bus is right outside and you can use taxis. It is about a 40min walk to the beach and shopping.

Stayed here for 4 days. Service was great, had amenities that you basically needed. Sorry I didnt take any pictures totally forgot to 🫠. Parking is readily available, won't be an issue. Please note that the entrance is located at the top floor, 4 flights of steps and no elevators so ppl with disabilities it will be difficult to get up there, staff was great that he helped me with my bags. Overall, great stay. Great value for my money and it was close to everything. Yes I would stay here again.

We stayed for 4 night. The standout here is the staff. Joseph, the manager, is one of the nicest, most friendly, and genuinely helpful managers I’ve come across. He sets the tone for the place. Daniel, the evening manager, is also excellent professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. This is more of an apartment-style hotel than a traditional hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out, and the hallways and common areas are modern and well maintained. Location-wise, it’s not directly on the boardwalk about 2–3 miles away, so having a car helps. Also, there are stairs to climb (about two floors), which could be challenging for some guests. Important to set expectations: this is not a full-service hotel. Don’t expect daily room cleaning or room service. There is coffee available and a shared kitchen, which is convenient if you’re staying multiple days. Overall, very affordable for the space you get, clean, comfortable, and run by a great team. If you’re looking for value, space, and friendly staff rather than hotel-style amenities, this is a solid choice. Parking is limited but we were able to get all 5 days or you need to park across the street.

Experience was 10/10! The hosts were amazing and super welcoming, location has a lot of local buses available, and it was cost effective. Rooms come with a mini fridge and there is kitchen on site if needed. They also have water and coffee available free of charge. There are two close ATMs by the property. If you are looking for a low cost vacation, come here! -solo female traveler.
