Location: Safe area, no troubles.
The residence is at the top of two hills bring your sneakers! Great for those who love exercise.
There is a market at the bottom of the hill.
Residence: The place is clean.
If you plan to cook kitchen ware is very basic. We only made breakfast.
Water pressure for shower is like rainfall very light to no pressure.
Ac in the bedroom unit #8 did not cool the room and was leaking. We left it off. The other AC in the main room was used to cool the place (there are fans).
Owner collects payment the next morning at 9am so if you plan to sleep in make sure to tell him what time is good for you.
Overall: It’s affordable and a decent place if you aren’t looking for luxury and don’t plan to cook.

Is very up to the hill. If you don't have a car rental you will hike like a lot. Pass dark you better don't come out not seems to be safe. It is close to the store and the beach is a very rocky beach but quiet. Close to the bus stop.

This is a fantastic accommodation and the hosts really go out of their way to help you. A prime example of wonderful hospitality. We loved everything about this place and the location is amazing, super close to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely stay at kenridge Residences wonderful location .close to the beach, and shopping facilities..very affordable will recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable quiet neighborhood close to the beach this is the place to be 😁.ooh my the service was excellent..thanks to the warm hospitality of Andre..who I contacted online for booking me as well as his father Mr Goodman and sister Joan..everyone was so nice ..and very helpful....the facilities are very clean, tidy I honestly felt at home .I .had everything I needed and what I didn't have was just a call away 🙂. That was my second stay at the apts I stayed for 5 nights ..very spacious convenient I became so comfortable I didn't want to leave honestly..hopefully I'll be doing another stay some time later in the year ..

Very happy with these apartments. Very clean and spacious. Great location and within walking distance to beaches, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Great host and very helpful. Beds extremely comfortable plus air con on the bedroom, ceiling fans throughout. Either balcony or patio. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
