I've been to this location a few times the food is pretty consistent I've ordered from here twice and the food's been pretty good. Consistently crispy and good definitely one of the better locations.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Not only was the food delivered cold, but important items were missing — I didn’t receive a fork or ketchup, second time this happen at this location and there was also one piece of chicken missing from my order.
On top of that, the delivery experience was uncomfortable, as the person taking the order behaved in an unprofessional manner.
Overall, this was a poor experience in both service and quality. I expect better attention to orders and more professional conduct from staff. I would appreciate this being addressed and a proper resolution provided

Samantha was 19/19 amazing hospitality and Shaniqua is a boss. This location slaps way harder than any North American spot. Highly recommend - can’t forget to mention miss Cobhan

No idea about the food, got given wrong food, then after 40 minutes asked for a refund 50 minuets later still here.
No one seams to be telling us what going on and now they can't refund us so money lost.
Please do not go here.

Kfc black rock you must be commended for the cleanliness .. The Janitor who worked w om Tuesday April 21 around 5 30 p.m. is an excellent worker ..I've observed his detailed cleaning a few times.. he must rewarded for an excellent job..
