Stopped by the Hastings KFC and it did exactly what you want from KFC. The chicken was hot and crispy, chips were fresh, and service was quick even during a busy time. Not fancy, but reliable comfort food when you’re craving fried chicken.

I am writing to report consistently poor service at your location in the heart of the tourist sector. Lines are unacceptably long, staff appear understaffed, and tables are rarely cleaned; visitors are left to clear their own tables after paying. This creates an unpleasant impression for tourists and harms your reputation. Please review staffing levels and cleaning procedures, implement visible cleaning schedules, and improve queue management to restore acceptable standards. I appreciate prompt attention and would welcome confirmation of the actions you will take.

Absolutely worst service ever experienced. Waited over 30 mins for food to be told some of stuff ordered wasn’t available. Stood waiting only for our food to be thrown at us with no apology for the wait or what we had been given as replacement. Staff need some customer service training.

Well it's not everyday that a great day at kfc is possible. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, food was hot! They even had onion rings (piping hot) 😍 Spicy "ribs" were great - that's what they call side breast pieces in Barbados 😄... Original pieces were not so good - I do not recommend. All in all, grade A to B-minus...
