Firstly , I don’t recommend this branch to ANYONE. My experience as a tourist was terrible so imagine how the locals are treated. The fries were mushy and the chicken skin looked like uncooked slop of dough that was thrown into the box. I am not over exaggerating. Worse of all the customer’s service was terrible, these ladies act like it’s their first day on the job. They also have a lack of manners and respect for persons, if you ever feel like trying this branch i honestly wouldn’t recommend. I wish i could of rate this a ZERO but I couldn’t so be grateful you got the one . I also ordered A LEG AND THIGH and this bison asks me if I want two legs!!!!! What is this?!?!? She also slammed the cup on the counter after I told her what I had to say. I hope this problem is resolved.. for the sake of the locals and the tourists including myself. Don’t be mad at me that your employed at KFC.

Where do I start??? Went to this location on Jan 21, 2026. I was in drive thru but I was in the road, so I decided to park and go inside the restaurant. One cashier was working so patrons were waiting long. Finally got to the cashier, placed order. I enquired about the cost of my food. She kept saying "ma'am" at the end of her replies. We all know that ma'am when we hear it...ungenuine. The wait for the food wasn't as long as some of the other customers who were before me. But I believe it would have been good customer service to inform them that a part of their order wouldn't be ready soon. The server ungraciously called out the order number. A customer said "you don't need a microphone in hey". The server doesn't give me (or anyone else), the opportunity to get to the counter before calling the number again. To top off the unpleasant encounter, she places the bag on the counter "that's your order dey" and quickly turns away. Not here's your order, enjoy your meal, have a nice day. What training these CSRs receive??!! I will avoid this KFC like the plague, avoid it like de bailiff looking for me.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS WENT IN MONDAY 22ND DEC ORDER PAID AT 18.35 2 X BOX MEALS AND A MAC AND CHEESE .GAVE ME BOX MEALS AT 19.10 BUT SAID 10 MINS FOR MAC AND CHEESE , AT 19.25 WAS TOLD NO MAC AND CHEESE BUT WOULD REPLACE WITH APPLE PIE 🤔 finally got it at 19.35 so 1 hour waiting for sub standard food KFC should not be franchising to idiots who haven't a clue . Just to add there was a guy in before me still waiting for the rest of his order so not an isolated incident

Forget ordering takeout. It’ll take three times longer than they say to get there you’ll be starving and mad and angry. However, my experience is now with two places in Barbados is they lie to you about how long it will take you to get the food so beware if you’re ordering takeout.

I wish I could rate zero stars, or even use negative numbers at this point. I placed an order over an hour ago, and, like the money hungry corporation they are, they took the payment out of my account instantly. Over an hour has passed and there is no update on the delivery system to show any progress with my order. I've called many times but it's like the phone is in a locked room two blocks away from the store. The issue is not that it is taking long, the problem is the lack of communication. Restaurants get busy, so tell your customer, who has been trying to contact you and failing due to shared incompetence, that things will be taking longer than expected. I can't even ask for a refund because they're all allergic to touching the phone, apparently. Even the off chance I do get on the line, I am disconnected without even being answered. Maybe get a sponsorship from Flow or something because this is unacceptable.
