Visited this KFC last night and I don't think I've ever received such poor service. The young woman behind the counter was rude, impatient and just unpleasant. She kept telling us the items were out of stock and when we tried to think of what else to order, she was getting impatient. She didn't repeat the order back to us which resulted in her getting the order wrong so I had to go back and ask her to change it. She was unapologetic and if it wasn't for what looked like her manager standing there. I'm not sure that I would have even got a refund.
She behaved as if we were inconveniencing her and holding up a line, which was ironic because the service was slow anyway.
The food was ok but definitely not worth the poor service. If you are going to be that bad at your job maybe it's time to find a new one. People don't deserve to be treated poorly when all they are trying to do is order a meal.
On a plus the young lady who handed me my food was very pleasant.

The staff were amazing! Kind and outstanding. They understood my pregnancy cravings. The food was fresh, delicious and better than I expected. Thanks again guys!

If the rating numbers started at 0 instead of 1, they earned a 0. I went there today to get a crispy bar-b-q zinger. Big poster advertising it on the door. I was at the time, the only person there - around 11:30 a.m. The female attendant totally ignored me until another staff member told her to see to me. I placed my order only to be told, "No sandwiches today". I asked why they advertised it on the door if they had no sandwiches and she replied something to the effect that we would not take down the sign just for today. POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE. Miserable, unhelpful staff. KFC Barbados won't get my patronage especially as it doesn't even taste that good and the service is DISGUSTING!

If you have reached a point in your life where you have a lot of time on your hands and need somewhere to go and kill time. Come to Kfc in the mall (most others are same on the island also). You can spend considerable time gazing at the menu deciding your choices and gathering your thoughts. Eventually you will be greeted by the ambassador of misery, no smiles no hello’s nothing just the dirtiest look seen to humanity. But here is is the best bit Theres no chicken, no burgers but hey there is a bonus they have wings. Well done for exceeding yourselves to be beyond terrible, be proud because you are the best at something I suppose

First and foremost I love KFC but the last couple experiences have not been good, first sometimes they have the chicken way too salty,then this afternoon I bought some thights from Sheraton to go, big mistake the price of a thight is 7.85 it is what it is butttttttt cheese on bread man the sizes are totally ridiculous (as in extra small) I was sooo disappointed and they were dry out as well sighhhhhh . Go home and cook Lyn keep yah mny in yah pocket .Wanna need to up D game KFC or Chef gine WIPE wanna offf D map.
