I don’t have one compliment. I’ve had my hair done twice now, while on holiday why wash and blow dry yourself after a hard day laying on the beach. The ladies at the salon are really friendly and know what shampoos to use on hair. Already booked my next appointment.

Many thanks to Khadija & team for fitting me in at short notice for wedding hair & makeup. I was really happy with the end result considering no trail was completed. The ladies are really friendly & provided a wonderful service for a special day. The eye to detail for both hair & makeup was fantastic.Thankyou x

Ive been twice , first time wasnt bad .Khadija is fantastic at her job . very skilled and was able to offer suggestions to help make my hair look even better. takes time to explain the whys behind hair damage and offers solutions and suggestions.Second visit a complete disaster . Seemed like the girl was in a rush. Hair wasnt dried completely and asked me if I wanted to go back under (so confused), sections of my hair got no product (i guess the girl forgot?? ) very haphazard and rough. Got a chemical burn after telling the young lady it was burning. Hair at the front of my head feels fried. Fresh out the salon and my hair is dry and frizzy and looks worse than if I did it myself. Not consistent, maybe dont go in the afternoon unless its a quick service. And definitely ask price first.

Amazing service! Got all my services done within 6 hours. And everyone was the sweetest! My lashes are the nicest they’ve ever looked. Would recommend and come back every time.

I feel very mixed about my experience at Khadijah's. While I feel like we got good service, I feel like I was overcharged for the experience I did have. I booked reservations for my mom, sister, and I for first thing in the morning on July 25. Since we all have similar first names, apparently they thought it was the same reservation thrice and cancelled two of them. Because of that, they didn't have the staff ready to fully do our hair simultaneously. There's also something wrong with their system because my mom, sister, and I never received a cancellation email for our requests. We chose this salon because it looked like the only one that could fully support doing 3 people at a time. We came early for our 10 AM appointment but also were the last people to leave at 7 PM. They kept switching between my sister, mom, and my hair and didn't finish my braids until 5 PM or fully start my sister's braids until that time. Granted, we did our hair washed, treated, and dried but it also took them a lot of time to prep the braiding hair and would have to pause our hair for 30min-1hr to prep more braiding hair. I feel like if they just put their energy into finishing our hair one at a time they would've been done with it quicker. In the meantime, many other women who came after us left before us for other hair & spa services. Since we had a short trip to Barbados it felt like our time was wasted. Then it wasn't clear upfront on what was being priced. We were charged for the braiding hair, and my sister deciding to get the ends of her hair curled. It was never told to us that these would cost extra. I had to settle for hair colors that I wasn't the biggest fan of becsuse they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock. Maybe it's just where I come from but the hair is included in the price or we at least are told to bring our own. Plus they made my mom and my braids longer than we asked for and then charged us more for it. I did enjoy the salon experience because Dr. Williams, Khadija, and Sakariya were so kind and knowledgeable about hair and shared their expertise about the island. There also was a great community feeling as we talked with regular clients that came in for their services. My sister and mom love their hairstyles but I'm feeling buyer's remorse. Every time I look in the mirror, I feel disappointed about how much I paid for a style that I'm not the biggest fan of the color and it took a long time to do. I know some people are able to go back into the salon to get their styles fixed but I've now returned from my vacation.
