They say first impressions go along way and the team Kool Air seem to take that extremely seriously. In Barbados we can often find ourself in a drought when it comes to customer service. Kool air is a true breath of fresh air as the service, organization and overall customer experience is second to none. Great job all round.

I was amazed and impressed with the service received at Kool Air. No offense, but I had to check myself to make sure I was still In Barbados.
My vehicle was checked, diagnosed, and fixed and I was ready to leave in 20 mins.
Also impressed with the follow up and customer service. Friendly Staff.

Professionalism from reception to technicians and extremely reliable took my vehicle in for a big job was told it would be ready by 4.00 pm and at 3.05 pm I had received my call that my vehicle was ready for collection.
