Drive thru is far from convenient. You end up parking and just waiting....waiting....waiting....you end up having to get out anyway to find someone and practically beg for assistance. Ive been sitting here for 20 minutes now after asking 2 workers to help and even calling customer service. Still nothing. :(

I had an excellent experience at Kooyman Hardware, and I want to give a special shoutout to Jerome! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently helped me find exactly what I needed and even gave helpful tips I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Jerome’s attention to detail and genuine willingness to assist made the shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, approachable, and customer-focused. Thanks to Jerome, I’ll definitely be coming back to Kooyman for all my hardware needs — and recommending it to friends and family. Absolutely five stars!

Good selection. Some of the staff are not that helpful or knowledgeable about products when asked. It almost seams like they hide when you need help.

Their Home Decorations department is stunningly put together! ❤️ I found their selections and especially the displays so creative and functional that inspires me to change something in my living space after each visit. The lady in charge with that department deserves an award!

Not very please with the customer service I received today, felt very dismissed by the cashier. The paper bag which was given, tore at the cash register and 1 of my items broke,the cashier did not acknowledge me and the security guard came over and said tell the cashier about it,she said she couldn't do anything and instructed me to go to customer service.I got my replacement voucher for the broken item, showed it to the cashier, she told me it has to be scanned in the register and pointed to the back of the line, I stood in line while another customer proceeds to cut the line infront of me and other customers, because he went to pick up another item to add to the items he had left at the register. The cashier finished the transaction of her current customer then proceeded to cash out the customer who cut the line. She could have easily scanned my voucher and allowed me to go on my way. Very poor customer service was rendered as I was inconvenienced by the company's bag tearing and my items being broken and having to wait longer in the process while another customer was allowed to cut the line and go on his way.
