We were a group of about twenty friends celebrating our 30th birthdays, and this residence was ideal for us. The location is perfect, allowing us to enjoy Grande-Terre while also having easy access to Basse-Terre.
The residence is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.
A big thank you to the owners for their kindness and helpfulness. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Résidence Zandoli. To celebrate our grandfather's exceptional 95th birthday, this residence with its swimming pool was perfect for our family of 29. The location is superb, situated between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François and close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and the beautiful Bois Jolan beach. A huge thank you to Sandrine and Alex, the wonderful owners, who were incredibly flexible, responsive, and always attentive to our needs, ensuring our stay was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Zandoli gîte. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. The owners were very welcoming, and we met the other guests, which made for a very pleasant time. We highly recommend it. The location is superb, not far from the beaches, and there's a beautiful view every morning! 😊

Very nice and clean apartment for a couple and two children.
If anything is missing, don't hesitate to ask :)
Apartment with a large terrace overlooking the pool.
Quiet residence.
Well located for exploring the east of the island.
The owner is very friendly and helpful; I highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from a week's stay at the Zandoli residence, and I already want to go back! It was perfect, both in terms of comfort and location. Sandrine and Alex make sure everything runs smoothly and create a friendly atmosphere. Their evening drinks are a great way to connect with other residents. The swimming pool is lovely and a real bonus for cooling off. A big thank you!
