Couldn't get service. We arrived a few minutes before they started serving dinner. We were asked if we had reservations. We did not. They told us they could seat us on the patio. That was fine. We ordered drinks to enjoy while we waited to order dinner. They brought our drinks and never returned. An hour later we went to the bar and asked for our check, since the waiter would not even make eye contact. The person at the cash register immediately handed me our check. She had it already prepared. They never intended to serve us dinner. If they could not accomodate without a reservation, they should have just said so when we arrived.

Rocky start to the evening with a reserved table that wasn’t acceptable AT ALL, and a manager who initially seemed more irritated than solution-oriented.
To their credit, we were eventually accommodated with a better table (albeit a bit hidden away with no opportunity to see the view) and from there things improved. The cocktails were well done and the food delivered quickly—flavorful and enjoyable.
That said, management sets the tone for the entire experience, and there’s a clear opportunity to elevate the service approach.
Worth noting—this hasn’t been my experience anywhere else in Martinique, where service has otherwise been warm and welcoming.

It was ok. I was told this was the place to go. Diner was only from 1900hrs so I had to wait to be served diner. Took a mocktail which was ok. The cornflake chicken was good. Main course was also fine. Prices are high on the island as expected.
