Lobster Alive

Lobster Alive has a long-earned relationship with the fishing people of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Working directly with multiple small fishing families for over 20 years on various islands, we have adopted sustainable ways to keep our region's lobster in plentiful supply. Working at the cottage industry level and in collaboration with local fisheries officers, we have kept strict international standards of sizes, fertility, and annual quantities. Working directly with the fisherman helps them get the best price and us the best product.

Very nice restaurant with very friendly staff. The lobster dishes were all very delicious and had incredibly generous amount of lobster. No weird taste. You could very easily tell this was fresh caught. The Establishment has a very laid back atmosphere. Service was not fast by any means, but it was good. There is also love music.

An incredible setting, all dressed up for dinner with a beautiful sunset in the background and your toes in the sand! We had bbq lobster tail that was delicious and perfectly prepared, I’ll rate this as one of my best experiences in Barbados, a little bit out of the way for dinner from where we stayed, Worthing beach. Give them a go you won’t be disappointed

Love this place! Really beautiful beach side bar and street queens selling lobster and fries, lobster Thermidor and lobster starters. Lovely views of the sea in the afternoon and right on the beach, but extra pretty at night due to the outdoor tables and lamps. The lobster was very well cooked and the portions were big. One of my favourite lunches in Barbados.

Lobster alive was by far the best restaurant we tried on the island. Everything here is on point. It was a really classy ambiance for dinner with a jazz band playing and fire torches lit on the beach side. The food and cocktails were incredible! Be sure to order the fresh tank lobster, rather than the (prefrozen) tails special. Overall a true gem in Barbados.

Convenient restaurant right on Carlisle Bay with their own parasols and chairs on the beach. The lobster spring roll is a must. It's delicious. Lobster tail was cooked to perfection and was big for a small lobster tail. Catch of the day was soft and flaking away. Chips are flavoursome and cilantro rice was fragrant.
