Best driver Ive had on my whole PR week trip. Luis got switched last minute to pick us up, made it on time, opened our doors and helped pack our suitcases. Very attentive and kind. Great conversations! Thank you luis for making going back to the airport fun and not dreadful as it always is! :)

Luis provides an amazing service. Once he drove us once we decided to use his services for our whole trip. He is very kind, punctual and very friendly. He also gave us good suggestions as we went to visit different places.

To whom it may concern, After spending a few days driving around with Luis, I found him to be a very interesting, informative and reliable person. Myself and my wife have just spent 5 days in Puerto Rico and Luis was and excellent guide getting to our events. Always on time showing us interesting areas of the island, and behind very courteous throughout our visit with him. It’s my suggestion if you’re visiting the. the island of Puerto Rico in San Juan this is the person to call, promise you it would be an delight experience.

We chose Luis as our taxi driver for multiple trips instead of renting a car, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made.
From the start, he was kind, professional, and excellent with communication while coordinating everything ahead of time. He was also very flexible whenever our plans changed, which made getting around so much easier.
What really stood out was how thoughtful and genuine he is. On one trip, he even stopped at Walmart for us without hesitation. During our rides, we mentioned how much we loved Reggaeton, and he turned the drive into such a fun and memorable experience by sharing the history of the music while pointing out different towns along the way. On our last trip, he even had a Spotify Reggaeton station ready to play for us, which made the ride even more enjoyable.
One moment that really showed his integrity was when we booked a ride that turned out to be only a 13-minute walk. Instead of simply taking the fare, he gave us the option to walk or still take the ride. That honesty meant a lot to us—and we chose to walk.
Luis is reliable, personable, and truly cares about his customers. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting and would gladly use him again in a heartbeat.

Luis was professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The ride from San Juan to Fajardo was comfortable and stress-free. Along the way, he shared information about the areas we were passing through and Puerto Rican culture, making the drive even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
