We love Lumi Play! It’s a great space for children. It’s a very clean, well thought out space with warm friendly staff. My daughter always wants to visit and has a great time whenever she does. The drop off option is great if you need a safe, fun space for your child. Really one of a kind in Barbados and much needed, I can’t recommend it enough.

An incredible experience for kids — worth every visit! We recently started taking our children to Lumi Play in Barbados, and it has quickly become one of their favourite places on the island. Our kids are usually quite shy and not the easiest to leave in unfamiliar environments, so we were a bit hesitant at first. But from the moment we walked in, the team made them feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to explore. To our surprise, on their very first visit they were so happy and settled that my wife and I were able to slip away and enjoy a quiet lunch together — something we don’t get to do often! Now they ask to go back all the time. The set-up at Lumi Play is fantastic. The combination of the outdoor play area and the air-conditioned indoor space gives kids the best of both worlds. They can run around, burn energy, cool down, and then keep playing without missing a beat. It’s clean, safe, and really thoughtfully designed. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly great with children. For context, my daughter is 9 and my son is 6, and there’s plenty to keep both of them engaged and entertained. It’s not easy to find a place that caters so well to different ages, but Lumi Play nails it. If you’re in Barbados with kids, I would 100% recommend Lumi Play. Whether you want a fun outing or a couple of peaceful hours to yourselves, this place is a gem.

The only indoor play space in Barbados with AC which by itself is awesome regardless of the weather being too hot or rainy. Super clean and organized, nice atmosphere, polite and heart warming staff, with interesting and engaging activities developed by former teachers to promote the development of children in their specific group ages. I can’t wait for them to expand in the coming up months. I highly recommend for locals, expats and tourists.

Lovely play space safe for littles. It’s wonderful to have AC as well as the island sun can be unbearable sometimes. The staff (Giselle) is super warm, amazing and pleasant for children and parents. We can’t wait to visit again.

Living in Barbados and raising kids without family can be lonely but Lumi has come to my rescue! My older children can be dropped off and do arts, crafts or play and me and my 6 month old love to go and spend some time out the house with other mums for great conversation and coffee. The environment. Is super clean for babies on the floor and Giselle is wonderful with babies and children of all ages. I have literally watched her draw shy, attached children out of their shell in minutes . Thank you Lumi!
