This Taxi & Tours service truly lives up to its name: Majestic. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. The service was exceptionally well-organized, professional, and delivered at a premium standard throughout our stay. After months of planning, Colbert, the driving force behind the company, was incredibly patient and accommodating as we worked together to create an exciting, nature-focused itinerary for my group. Upon our arrival in Dominica, he arranged a wonderful complimentary surprise for one member of our party who was celebrating a birthday, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. From that moment on, our trip was characterized by punctual pick-ups, complimentary refreshments (be sure to try his delicious rum punch!), and a wealth of local knowledge. Colbert consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every member of our group was comfortable and well taken care of. We also felt like part of the family when his father, Bertine, joined us on one of our tours. He warmly welcomed us and enriched our experience with fascinating insights about Dominica, memorable quotes, and plenty of humor. We even had the pleasure of meeting some of Bertine’s siblings, which added a personal touch that made the experience even more special. I wholeheartedly enjoyed every aspect of this tour and would highly recommend Majestic Taxi & Tours to anyone visiting Dominica. Their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care for their guests made our trip truly exceptional.

Majestic Tours turned my birthday trip to Dominica into a truly magical, unbelievable, and absolutely amazing experience one I once believed could only happen in dreams or movies. From the moment I arrived, Colbert and Carl brought every one of my dreams and wishes to life. I was treated like royalty 👑 the entire time. They went all out and I truly mean all out with champagne, beautiful decor, boundless energy, and genuine enthusiasm that made me feel like the true princess I am. Every tour and every moment with them filled me with joy and complete peace of mind. I felt safe, cherished, and deeply cared for at all times. Majestic Tours didn’t just show me Dominica — they made me fall in love with the island and its incredible people. Because of this unforgettable experience, I will definitely be returning for Part 2. We took a tour with Culbert to Trafalgar Falls, Titou Gorge, Sulfur Springs, Botanical Gardens and other scenic overlooks. Culbert is very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided water, mangoes and rum punch! And he managed to get us to the sites before the crowds set in (don’t expect that during cruise season, though). We really enjoyed our day with him. Titou Gorge is a must see! Thanks Culbert.

An amazing tour. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. My main highlights are the natural beauty of the sites we visited, the island and high level of service. These guys are the one the best.

Our tour with Majestic Tours was the highlight of our trip to Dominica. The guide was polite and informed, and he made each visit enjoyable. Everything was well-organized and we never felt rushed. Highly recommended!
