Ah, this is the review I was contemplating but given the expectations and the occasion, I have to. Marshall's offer such an intimate experience, their ambiance, food, drinks 👌🏾. And since this was my Honeymoon then there was no other place suited so I made a booking and headed over. However, my disappointment came with the lack of hospitality from the staff. Now don't misinterpret this for rudeness because they weren't. But when you're sitting there waiting on your food for an extended period, you'd expect your server or someone to check in on you no? Or at least throughout the meal. Especially when you see ALL 7 other occupied tables around you being checked on. Yes there was a large group but yes they had adequate staff and yes majority of that large group came just as we got our entrees. At that point, we just wanted to eat and go. I wouldn't return but it doesn't mean you shouldn't go. Regards, Table 17

“Where Every Detail Was Perfect—A Truly Special Night” I’m so happy I was able to book Marshall’s a week before our intended dinner date for my husband’s birthday. From my initial call, the staff member I spoke with was incredibly pleasant and thanked me for choosing the restaurant, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. As we walked in on the night of April 7th, our eyes widened in astonishment—the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, and all the staff were impeccably dressed in slacks and button-down shirts. We were checked in quickly and escorted to a special table reserved just for us. To our surprise, the table was decorated for my husband’s birthday. What made it even more special was that we were seated at Table 31, and he was turning 31 that day—it truly felt like we were meant to be there, especially since I never mentioned his age when booking. To start the evening, we had two Patron margaritas, and the bartender truly worked magic—our drinks were perfectly balanced and delicious. For our appetizer, we chose the bacon-wrapped meatballs, and they were outstanding. The bacon had a perfect char, and the meatballs were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor—easily a 10/10. For our entrée, we shared the “Mix Grill”, which included lobster tail, lamb chop, sirloin steak, and shrimp, along with sides of rice, vegetables, and fried sweet plantains. The presentation alone was exceptional—they thoughtfully split everything into two plates so we could each enjoy the full experience. Every piece of meat was cooked to perfection with beautiful grill marks, and whatever seasoning blend they use is something I’d buy in a heartbeat. Each bite was an explosion of flavor—a true symphony where everything complemented the next. My only regret is not booking Marshall’s for all five nights of our stay. This was, without a doubt, some of the best food we’ve ever had, paired with some of the most attentive and personable service. It’s a night we’ll remember for years to come.

Perhaps the best fine dining, white table cloth Restaurant on St. KITTS. My wife, daughter, and her friend had dinner at Marshall's tonight. First Class entry and Beautiful decor. Excellent menu selections and prepared in best style and served on exclusive plateware--see photos. The food was better than delicious; it was exceptionally awesome. The best we have experienced on St Kitts. Service was excellent. They never miss a beat! Highly Recommended, especially for special occasions or anytime fine dinning is desired!

During our stay in St. Kitts, we couldn’t help but go to Marshall’s twice. Their pasta and seafood entrees were perfect, and we were blown away with each dish. The service was also exceptional, with Marshall- the owner, present and assisting his staff, creating a warm environment. We had the pleasure of talking with Marshall briefly, and it is obvious that he truly loves what he does and cares about his customers and staff. We hope to be back for a third time soon. Thank you for the hospitality and amazing food!

Went to Marshall’s based on recommendation from another guest at our resort. The food was delicious! Best lobster bisque. We had scallops and shrimp in a lobster cream sauce. Pricing is higher end but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server Debbie was attentive and friendly.
