Good place with some good staff where as others don't mind seeing gaps in shelves but too happy to be speaking with each other like there was no work to be done. Came back 45 minute later hopefully to find what I originally came in for and guess what?I found the same Empty gap even tho I had asked the store staff before I left but I guess they do what they like

Great customer service from the cashier to supervisor to manager. This morning i had an issue with the milk i bought and they were so understanding and was able to replace it with the old one. Thank you #TeamMassy.
Ill recommend you guys to anyone.

On November 11th I went to this location and the fire alarm went off within seconds of entering. Staff told us nothing. We just followed everyone out without guidance which I found to be very odd. When I tried to get clarification from a couple staff, they barely said anything as they continued walking... One just pointed out the obvious that the fire alarm went off 💁🏻♀️

Smaller than the other Massy stores I have seen on the island but does the job. Limited selection of most groceries and queues can be long at cashiers. Cards accepted.

At the Vieux Fort location I was able to find small bottles of water which we did not get in Castries, which was welcomed. The cashier was also very nice.
