I visited St Barths and Mathilde Brume brought her Pilates reformer to my hotel, Eden Rock and we trained regularly on my deck overlooking the beautiful beaches and enjoying the cool breeze. It was an amazing experience. Mathilde is an extremely knowledgeable and educated trainer with a PT degree. My body transformed over the short time we spent together and I do Pilates and Bar regularly at home in California. Mathilde is so lovely, kind and fun. I highly recommend her for training and Physical Therapy on St Barths!

I did Pilates throughout my entire stay at Mathilde, and it was an incredible experience. The sessions with Mathilde were by far the best Pilates sessions I’ve ever had. She is professional, attentive, and very encouraging. The guidance is excellent, even for beginners. Highly recommended! ✨

Mathilde is truly an exceptional instructor the best in Saint-Barth! The fact that she trains in New York City really makes all the difference. What makes her even more incredible is that she’s also a physiotherapist. She has an in-depth understanding of our muscles and knows exactly how to guide us through every Pilates movement with precision and care. Her expertise and experience are on another level. I recommend her 100%!

Working with her has been such a positive experience. She is deeply knowledgeable about Pilates and incredibly thoughtful in her approach. I have an injury, and she is always mindful and aware, offering modifications when needed while still making each session effective and challenging. She prioritizes proper form and safety, and I always feel supported in her care. She’s not only reliable and professional, but also genuinely kind-hearted. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone at any level.
