Wonderful place located right off the main road and you step right onto the beach. Beautiful beach view, heated pool, well maintained grounds, onsite security, helpful staff and supermarket nearby.

Great stay and friendly staff! We did not rent a car and had no problem getting around using taxis and reggae buses! Walkable to several restaurants. The unit was perfect for us and a/c worked great.

My family was staying here for their visit. We spent 2 afternoons there at the beach and swimming at the pool. Great location and beachfront. My family loves it here and book every year. So they must really enjoy it. The apartments are very nice and have everything you need. It's also very convenient to go to Oistins and really anywhere on the south coast.

Stayed at Maxwell Suite 501 in late February, early March 2025. Absolutely loved the suite! Came with everything you could possibly need. The large balcony was fantastic! Has a dining table, 2 lounge chairs, a couch with ottoman and 2 drying racks for bathing suits and towels. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and tops of the palm trees. There was always a breeze so didn't experience any mosquitos. Could lounge there and listen to the beautiful sound of the ocean waves. The suite was suprisingly outfitted with many things I didn't expect, in fact I brought too much. For example, the coffee maker had a reusable/washable filter basket, so no need for paper filters. The large linen closet had all of the towels, beach towels, sheets, face cloths, hand towels that you could possibly need. The laundry room was great and the machines worked well. All appliances functioned well. The kitchen was outfitted with cloths, dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, knives, cutlery and all of the glasses you could need. The fridge had filtered water and an ice machine built it!! So Fantastic! The living area inside is very nice, set up with couch and comfortable chair, tv, radio with cd player etc. but I will say I never spent any time there at all. The weather and the view was way too nice to be sitting inside! The bedrooms are a good size well outfitted with dressers and night stands with plenty of room for your clothing. The walk in closets are amazing with lots of hanging space, shelves and a safe. The AC and fans worked very well. Wifi worked very well. Great location - 10 minute walk to Massy Supermarket, Oistens Fish Fry and the Surfers bay for a great breakfast. Just outside the front door are bus stops. You can get the city bus all along the main road or the smaller ZR's for $3.50 Barbados that will take you to many beaches / restaurants. The ZR's start honking at about 7:30am but that never bothered me as I was listening to the ocean waves. It was very clean, the pool area is a nice size and never felt crowded. The beach is nice, although by the end of the day when the tide comes in, there isn't much of it left but still areas to sit at. Yonette was fantastic and so were all of the rest of the staff at Maxwell!! I will definitely be back to this beautiful island and friendly people!

I absolutely loved my stay at Maxwell Villas and highly recommend this accommodation. The location was perfect and felt less ‘touristy’ than other areas. The fish market and supermarket is within walking distance and buses stop on the road outside. The view is breathtaking and waking up to the sound of the ocean is dreamy. The rum punch and coconut cake on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff are really friendly, especially Andrew who I enjoyed chatting to most mornings. Thank you for a great stay!!!
