Great place to find healthy options. I love that you can also buy something healthy to eat there right after or before shopping and have it served. Nice place to have a catch up with a friend as well. The location is also great, it is close to other shops and stores. If you are looking for home items this area has a few other like shops including furniture, appliances, tiles, fixtures, kitchen items etc… I shared some pictures of items in store below, truly great options!

I usually have a great shopping experience at Mindful Market — the staff are helpful, the selection is thoughtful, and I appreciate the focus on wellness and quality products.
However, I’ve been really surprised and disappointed by the recent price jumps on the Sunwarrior protein powder. In the span of just three months, the price has increased from $119 to $134, and now it’s $139. That’s a significant jump in such a short time, and it’s honestly starting to feel unreasonable, especially for a staple item many of us rely on regularly.
I understand prices can fluctuate, but I hope Mindful Market considers more stable pricing.
Still love the store — just hoping to see more price consistency moving forward.

A great little addtion to this lifestyle district. The store is all about your health, by adding beauty wellness, food oh and a cute cafe. A fresh fruit and veg chiller. A beauty and skin bar. Whats not to like. Uou dine there get fresh fruit and coffee. I love the deco @remnantsrita

A quiete elegant relaxing cafe. You can buy very healthy food together with wine books and more. I have ordered the catch of the day with salad. This has been the best food I have ever in Barbados. Excellent service from a beautiful local smiling and happy girl (and the staff too). I hope to come back.

The customer service was warm and welcoming. The products on sale are very healthy and the space is very tranquil. Nice market.
