I called and they said that they could do the repair, we drove there, sat there for over 45 minutes while they sat with their head down ignoring us, ten they said oh we are closing now we won't do it. Horrible place.
Oh, they also lie and say their credit card machine is down but in reality they just don't have one.

After calling around to a few of the well-known stores, none of whom had the replacement screen I needed, I resorted to Google in search of a solution. The young man I spoke with was able to tell me immediately that he had the part in stock and quote the full cost for the repair. He arrived at my office an hour and 15 minutes later (as he said he would), took my phone to his car while I resumed my work, and came back in 15 minutes later with my screen looking like new. Did I mention that the whole job cost one fifth of what one of the other stores had quoted for just the part? I cannot overstate how happy and impressed I am with the service I received.

This place is awful, if I could give 0 stars I would. My battery had broken down and I was hoping this would be a quick fix, as this is a pretty common issue (iphone XS). They were completely clueless. After over an hour of unscrewing/screwing my phone, they end up replacing the battery. I noticed there was an error message saying "not recognized as a genuine apple battery". The staff told me that I would have to come back the next day, as it would take 2 hours to get the error message out. They handed me a 120$ bill for the service. As they gave back the phone, I quickly noticed that the touch screen was no longer working (which initially wasn't an issue). They took back the phone and messed with it an additional 30 min, only to tell me that they couldn't fix it and recommended I go to another place. To make things worse, they had the audacity to charge me 20$ for a service they did not and could not do, on top of wasting my time. Save yourself some time and avoid this place at all cost.

Dishonest, unprofessional & untrustworthy. Paid to have my iphone unlocked only to find 2 months & 1 OS update later my phone is not reading my sim card. Took my sim card out to find they put a chip over my SIM CARD and didn’t actually unlock the PHONE itself. Went back to have the issue resolved, paid for that AGAIN and only THEN was I told about the chip & how it works. Was told i need to remove my sim card during OS updates, did that & same issue. This occurred 2 more times, on which I paid AGAIN to have it resolved the 2nd time, only to be told the 3rd time that the system is no longer working and they do the know when it will be fixed. Never explained to me that any of these issues would happen or what they would be doing before i gave them my phone, but took my money anyway. 6 months later having paid these people 3 times my iphone is still not unlocked.
