Did the men's ice bath session with Marlon and it was a great experience. We started with breathwork, then a solid workout before going into multiple ice bath rounds with really good guidance. What stood out was how he got everyone involved, each of us shared something to motivate the group, which made it feel personal instead of just another class. Finished off with a fruit smoothie and relaxing in the pool. Sessions like these remotivate me and remind me to keep striving and never let off the gas. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Moorebida! The activities were thoughtfully organized and left me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and truly well cared for. I especially enjoyed the hike, the ice bath and the sound journey.
I highly recommend Moorebida to anyone visiting Aruba or anyone looking for a unique wellness experience.
