Quoted me one price for windshield and then suddenly it was over $1000 more.
Edit: They have honored the price. They need to make sure they get their quotes right and explain them in detail to the client before hand so there won’t be any mix ups. I had a few other issues but my car is now completed and I’m happy with the results. The staff handled the situation with professionalism.

Absolutely poor service.
I called to ask about parts for a vehicle and was put on hold for 30 mins only for the call to be routed to an employee's voicemail. Furthermore, the mailbox was full and could not accept anymore messages and then the call was abruptly cut off. Absolutely poor Nassco. Do better!

We always take our car to Nassco for its yearly service . The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional, if there is anything wrong with the car they always call to discuss what needs doing before they carry out the necessary work. A shuttle service is also provided. We are very happy with the service provided

Trust is hard to earn, but easy to lose. Nassco is another example of a company with rude and incompetent staff in every department. They refuse warranty claims or take an exceptionally long time to accept them. The company's staff are willing to be openly hostile to paying customers that question their behaviour.
