So Nicole was very informative about the Aswaghanda product I was inquiring about and eventually bought. She was also very pleasant and patient with me as I made up my mind in what I thought was the better product from the information she would have given me about the product.

Shomari at the Trident House branch was an absolute gem. He talked to me about my pcos and educated me on ways the natural products can help balance hormones etc.
At the end of the visit I was very comfortable with my purchase and I know I will be back again.
Keep up the good work Shomari, this is service excellence at its best.
Please note , it was closing time and he never once made me or the other customers feel like its closing time. Thank you.

Excellent service as soon as I entered the establishment. The agent greeted and asked to lend assistance, he accompanied me to the shelves to assist with my inquiry. Well done.
