I entered Dome Mall Nature’s Discount after calling 1st inquiring about 2 products. I was acknowledged by Sonia who was working on her own at that time. She asked if she could assist and she DID. I asked about specific items and she showed me the items, while also showing me choices. She also explained why a certain product I inquired about was no longer carried. I asked for an alternative and she didn’t hesitate. Her product knowledge was appreciated and so was her personable approach and attitude.

It was a great experience, Lasonya came to me the second I stepped on the store and offered her assistance . She helped me very well, I could not even remember the name of what I was looking for and once I described it to her, she knew exactly what I wanted. She then educated me on how to use it and what to take and do right after I finish it. Thank you Lasonya you are awesome.

I had a pleasant experience all in all. My disappointment came however after I completed my purchase and was unable to enter your competition because your cash machine was not issuing receipts. I could actually do with a spa day but unfortunately I don't have stand chance of winning one.

I am always treated to the best service with Lasonya! She sources what I need if not in store and follows up to see how I am getting on with a new product 💜🌸. She is always professional and. Knowledgeable about products and uses too.

I was assisted by Miss. Latonya. She was extremely helpful with answering my queries, also in giving me that reminder call when ask to have supplements brought to the Warrens location, because they were not in stock at Warrens earlier in the week.
