We had a great experience with Nicole in late August. We chose the cooking with rum option since a few of us do not eat seafood. The rum option was very filling and came with chicken kabobs and the rum cake. We had more than enough food and everything was delicious!
We were so lucky that Nicole kept our experience with three of us, it was so intimate. We got to cook and share so many stories with Nicole, who is just a fantastic host! She kept the cooking fun and easy but also was super educational in explaining ingredients and substitutes we could use at home as needed. Her cooking assistant was also very sweet, she was a little soft spoken but just as welcoming as Nicole and would also offer us cooking tips and explanations. During our lunch we also got to meet one of Nicole's produce suppliers who was such an interesting character and had so many stories and life experiences to share with us. It was an amazing lunch and such a unique experience/excursion that I have been able to experience in my travels around the world (and one of my top favorites!). This is definitely a MUST DO in Antigua. The price is worth the experience, and length was decent at about 4 hours.

I visited Nicole's Kitchen to do the Cooking with Rum class along with a load of my travel agent colleagues. What an experience! Nicole was so welcoming to us and the day was just brilliant and the food was amazing while overlooking stunning views of the beach in the distance. Would highly recommend this class if you are visiting Antigua! Thanks again for hosting us Nicole!

Cooking with Nicole is a real treat. Even with my Caribbean heritage, it was refreshing to see Caribbean food prepared through someone else’s lens.
Nicole herself is warm, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Her home sits up in the hills, with sweeping views across a large part of the island, which adds to the whole experience.
The course is perfectly suited to cruise ship day trips. It starts promptly on time, so no island time delays. Taxi drivers all know her location, so getting there straight from the port is easy.
Classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of eight or nine people. They are fully hands-on and relaxed. It feels less like a formal cooking school and more like visiting a friend and helping prepare food for a dinner party.
Her home and prep area are spotless, with hygiene clearly a top priority throughout.
If you want to do something different on a cruise or holiday, this is an excellent choice. You will not be disappointed.

Five starts aren’t enough. Nicole’s Table is a 10 or of 10! It was an AMAZING cooking class!
We cooked together like a family. Nicole is kind, funny, welcoming, and very informative.
We laughed, we seasoned, we chopped-and we tasted along the way!
And after all our hard work, we sat down and enjoyed everything family-style. The jerk chicken was absolutely scrumptious, with perfect rice and peas. I now know the secret to making the rice nice and moist, but I’m NOT telling ! You'll have to come find out for yourself. Then there were the fried plantains
with this zesty dip, and a green salad with a delightful dressing, pineapple salsa, and-oh, I can't forget-the coconut custard tarts for dessert!
Just come!!!!! Seriously! Nicole was absolutely amazing. Her energy is genuine and so sweet! The whole experience was beautiful, fun, delicious, and memorable.
I'm already looking forward to making these recipes when I get home.

Super fun and great experience. Hands on with the help of Nicole (and Natasha) prepping and cooking the delicious recipes. Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of rum punch on tap. Highly recommended. Beautiful surroundings too, amazing view when enjoying the finished meal. It was nice to meet and share it with Emma and Martin from Cardiff too. Only complaint...the food was so good we ate too much!
