We were trying to reach the North Point Lighthouse, but were unable to. The road took us right up to the gate of Animal Flower Cave, which was closed, so we were rather disappointed. But we decided to explore the coastline that runs alongside the Animal Flower Cave property - and we were so glad we did! The views are extraordinary, particularly of the cave formations at the bottom of the cliff face. There are benches all along the path, and we wished we'd brought a few beverages to enjoy as the sun went down. A really magical place!

One of my favourite places! I have been visiting Barbados for over 30 years and always go to North point. The Atlantic breaking over the rocks is awe inspiringly beautiful.

A must visit to the northern most part of Barbados where you can see the Atlantic Ocean from high cliffs. Go see it!

Breathtaking view. It’s a but windy here and I wouldn’t recommend going to close to the cliff. Not as crowded given it’s so close to the animal flower cave.

The most impressive part of Barbados I have visited and I have been round the whole island. Truly spectacular. The power of the sea here is incredible.
