Damien was excellent. Really professional, communicative, friendly service and couldn’t be more accommodating of our needs. We rented the car for a week and it was in top condition. The prices were much more reasonable than elsewhere over the busy Christmas period. Will definitely use NOVA Auto Rentals again and recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch rental service in Barbados.

Richelle and the other folks at Nova were amazing to deal with. Very competitive pricing. Delivery and pickup to our location included in price. Reliable and economical vehicle. Mileage and insurance also included in flat rate price. No hidden fees whatsoever. Definitely will use them next time we are in Barbados!

I have been a customer for 3 years and still going. Richelle and Damien are amazing! You will not find better customer service on the island of Barbados. I try and refer anyone I know in need of a rental car because I know Nova Auto Rentals will take care of them with a clean car and great service. Do yourself a favor and rent from them. They will even meet you anywhere to drop the car off. And before you say I was paid to promote them, you can contact me personally and we can chat ( im not a bot but a real person haha). Cheers!
